The "NEW VINTAGE" strap series updates the atmosphere of bygone eras for the present day, offering high quality craftsmanship by today's leading artisans, timeless designs, and an overwhelming presence and durability that sets them apart.
After its initial unveiling as a sample at the previous Sound Messe, this strap, which had received numerous inquiries about its release, is finally available.
[Design Explanation] "SUPER NOVA" is based on the cool, classic style of British rock. It truly shines when paired with larger-bodied guitars such as semi-hollow and hollow-body models. Yuya Komoguchi collaborated on the development of this model.

"ROCKS" is based on the slim style popular since the 1950s, when rock music was born. The original buckle, a tribute to vintage buckles of the era, was meticulously crafted with extensive aging treatment to perfect its texture. Akira Kuroda collaborated on the development of this model.
Guitars and basses, whose perfected forms emerged around the 1950s, have evolved with the times. While accompanying these instruments, "straps" often boasted excellent aesthetics, but many were surprisingly simple and few have survived in good condition. We have re-envisioned these iconic pieces, incorporating new techniques and processing technologies while meticulously crafting metal parts like buckles, all while paying homage to the original masterpieces.
We use genuine leather, of course. We use the thick shoulder section, which combines softness and strength, and immerse it for an extended period in a huge pool containing vegetable tannins called a "pit layer" to create our original vegetable-tanned leather. Skilled craftsmen then manually add a glossy, supple finish, making it look and feel as if it has been used for many years, expressing our respect for masterworks without reservation.
[Color options] Both "SUPER NOVA" and "ROCKS" are available in four colors: black, brown, blue, and red.
[Price] ¥24,200 (tax included)
